It includes News, Events, a Discussion Area, Jobs, a Buyers/Sellers marketplace and extensive tools designed to help business people network together. As a pure business website www.GlobalBusinessNetworking.com concentrates on enabling its members to gain business contacts, enhance their offline and online business and expand their networks.

| Will everyone be able to see my contact details?: |

Definitely not. Only people who you choose to see all your contact details can see them.
You have the option of showing your information to your network, or hiding it from them. Regardless they can contact you through the site so you're always able to network.
The one place where people who are not logged into www.GlobalBusinessNetworking.com can see any information is the Web Directory. This is a directory of all members of the site that can be accessed by non-members. This free directory allows non-members to contact you through the website (they never see any information which will allow them to contact you direct, such as your email address or phone number). If a non-member wishes to contact you they send an email through the website, thereby keeping your personal contact details secret whilst allowing you to be listed freely in the web directory.
If you would like to opt out of the free Web Directory it is easy to do so in your Profile page.

When you join www.GlobalBusinessNetworking.com you can search for other members to invite into your contact list. If they accept your invitation they are added to your list of contacts (and you to theirs). It is very similar to exchanging business cards at a network meeting - without the hassle of course!You can see the networks your contacts have, and invite their contacts to join your network.If you are looking for something specific, say a company or type of product, then there are various ways of finding them:
- You can do a search through all members to find what you are looking for
- You can send a message to a member of your network, or all members of your network, asking if they know or can recommend what you are looking for.
- You can post a message in the central networks area which is visible to everyone.
- You can search through the existing networks to see if a network has already been setup for what you're looking for.

| If someone cannot see my details, how can they contact me? |

That's easy. There are several ways to be contacted:
- Networks - in many ways the networks area is the centre of www.GlobalBusinessNetworking.com. This is where you can come together with your peers and discuss a myriad of issues and questions central to you and your associates. Being an active member in the networks area can get you noticed by other site members and help to place you as an expert in you field.
- If you are in a person's list of contacts they can send a message to their whole network - and you will get a copy.
- A person can send you a private message, or an invitation to their network, through the website. This feature is open to everyone (unless that person is on your block list in which case they cannot contact you).
- You can look in the Members search area or Web Directory and invite members to join your contacts.
